The Virginia Clinton Kelley Democratic Women's Club plans to hold its first in-person meeting since early 2020 at David F. Watkins Memorial Tunnel Park, on Park Avenue, at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
Refreshments will be available at 6 p.m., and the program will begin at 6:30. "We have pushed the time back in the hope of cooler temperatures," a news release said.
The guest speaker will be District 33 representative and "Human Rights Campaign warrior" Tippi McCullough.
McCullough will "share her insight on several Arkansas bills, as well as ways we can support the HRC and make sure everyone has a seat at the table," the release said.
