Living Waters to hold

annual Women's Day

Living Waters Church of God in Christ, 306 Grove St., will hold its annual Women's Day service at 10 a.m. Sunday.

Services will be open and may be viewed on Facebook live, as well.

The guest speaker will be Missionary Alesha Withers, first lady of First Trinity Church of God in Christ. The hosts are Pastor David L. Withers and Women's Department Chairman Missionary Cora L. Withers.

"Missionary Alesha Withers is passionate about ministry and loves serving God's people. She strives to be a Godly example of a virtuous woman," a news release said.

In ministry, she has served in various positions, including youth president, district youth chair lady, choir member, women's ministry president, praise and worship leader, and media specialist.

She holds an Associate of Arts degree from East Arkansas Community College. From 2001-2004 she attended Arkansas State University and attained a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in Business Education. She also received a specialist degree in Community College Administration.

She is currently employed as a career and technical educator and Business Department chair with the Little Rock School District. For the past 15 years, "she has been married to the love of her life, Pastor Aaron Withers. She serves faithfully by his side" at the First Trinity Church Of God In Christ in Pine Bluff. They are the parents of Aaron Jamar Withers II and Avory Lauren Withers.
