MALVERN -- Patricia "Patsy" Fite Blais, age 87, of Malvern, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Nov. 19, 2021, at Arbor Oaks Healthcare and Rehab.

She was born on Aug. 27, 1934, in Willow, Ark., to the late Roy Land and Grace Funk Land. Patsy was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by her husband of 12 years, Ferd Blais; her children: Debra Fite King (Ed), Scott Fite (Lila), Brian Fite (Holly) and daughter-in-law, Jennifer Fite; grandchildren: Jason Henson (Lisa), Christy Davenport (Ryan), Monica Oliver (Casey), Stephanie Fite (Wes), John Fite, Ashley Nichols (Tim), Carson Fite, Amanda Fite-Deaver (Misty) and Kristen Fite; great-grandchildren: Holly, Haley and Haden Henson, Abby, Aaron and Aliyah Davenport, Clara, Lucas and Rhett Oliver, Lily Sol Fite, Mason McLellan, and Kate and Laura Nichols.

Patsy was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Mary Young and Darenda Kay Siler; her son, Charles Fite; and her granddaughter, Briana Nichole.

Patsy had a wonderful life. She loved her children and made many special memories with them. She was known for her beautiful flower garden, her impressive seamstress skills and her wonderful cooking. Her chocolate pies were wanted by all. She spent countless hours dancing and teaching her grandkids to dance. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

Visitation will be from noon until 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 23, 2021, at J.A. Funk Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Cypress Cemetery at Willow, with Brother Terry Williams officiating.

The family extends their thanks to the wonderful staff at Arbor Oaks for all their loving care, and to Arkansas Hospice.

In lieu of flowers, donations for upkeep may be made to Cypress Cemetery, c/o Jimmy Jackson, 1696 Country Club Road, Malvern, AR 72104.
