About: Mountain Pine School District's partnership with National Park College allows students to acquire concurrent credit while attending high school; some earn an associate degree.

Families are welcome at Mountain Pine where there is a small teacher/student ratio and students are known by their name and not a number. Mountain Pine School District is designed specifically with the needs, interests and learning styles of the students at heart.

"At Mountain Pine School District, serving children's educational needs is our only business," the school district says. "This mission is taken very seriously and the full support of the family will be solicited in order to reach the success that is desired. It is our belief that this will be a great year!"

The Mountain Pine School District assumes the responsibility of providing students attending its schools a high-quality education that challenges each student to achieve their maximum potential. The district endeavors to create the environment within the schools necessary to attain this goal. The creation of the necessary climate shall be based on the following core beliefs: 1. All students can be successful learners. 2. Students learn at different rates and in different ways. 3. A primary goal shall be to give students the skills they need to be lifelong learners. 4. The District is responsible for helping cultivate good citizenship skills in its students. 7. Students reflect the moral and ethical values of their environment. 8. All people have a right to a safe environment.
