DAV presents certificate of appreciation

The Disabled American Veterans James L. Whitby Chapter 5 of Hot Springs Sergeant at Arms Steve Barker recently presented Mary Washington, retired manager of the Kroger store on Airport Road, with a certificate of appreciation and plaque for her dedicated service to the DAV over the last 13 years.
