Mark Grayling Chandler, 64 of Hot Springs, passed away on Aug. 11, 2022, in Missoula, Mont.
There will be a celebration of life held from 2-5 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 25, 2022, at the Hot Spring County 4-H Building in Malvern, Ark. Pastor Jason Keisler will be officiating.
