Registered Nurse Adriana Dragoi, a 23-year-old mixed martial arts fighter for Off the Chain MMA in Hot Springs, recently made the jump to pro after going undefeated as an amateur fighter and holding two titles, but her worlds of fighting and nursing rarely collide.
