Paul Brian Fox, 72, of Wasilla, Alaska, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at Mat-Su Regional Medical Center, with his youngest daughter by his side. The red clover began blooming, so it was time for his next adventure.

Paul was a Jack-of-all-trades and master of many. He was a talented woodworker and created unique and beautiful pieces with his business, Old Fox Woods. Paul enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, spending time with his poodles, and sharing stories and experiences with his grandson, Tanner. He loved Alaska and couldn't resist the call of the North. Paul was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy; and his brother, Douglas.

He is survived by his sister, Nancy of Hot Springs, Ark.; children, Mallory Fox of Wasilla, Alaska, Jennifer Killion (Patrick) of Columbia, Md., David Fox (Hannah) of Hot Springs, Ark., and Tiffany Cooper of Hot Springs, Ark.; and grandchildren Juleighand Tanner Fox, Skye and Juniper Killion, Ethan, DJ, Lucas, Sean and Felicity Fox, and CJ Cooper.

A memorial service honoring Paul will be held at 11 a.m. today, June 3, 2023, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Palmer, Alaska.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Best Friends Animal Rescue (P.O. Box 870601, Wasilla, AK 99623; Alaska USA acct # 4956608; www.bfarak.org/donate) as thanks for their kindness and support with Paul's poodles.

Mallory and Jennifer would also like to thank the staff of Ancora Home Health & Hospice and Mat-Su Regional Medical Center for the love and compassion shown to Paul and the support given to the family during his final days. It was great comfort knowing he was being cared for so well.
