Zane Jeffers was recently promoted to president and CEO of Levi Hospital.
Jeffers holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Accounting and a Master of Business Administration and is a CPA. Born and raised in Hot Springs, Jeffers began working at Levi as a controller in February 2018 and was later promoted to CFO of the organization.
"When I'm not working, you can find me mountain biking at Northwoods or riding one of the local road group rides. Hot Springs has a great cycling community and beautiful scenery which are huge draws for me. If I'm not working or riding my bike you can probably find me in the classroom. Teaching is a love of mine and I'm proud to be an adjunct accounting faculty member at National Park College," Jeffers said in a news release.
"Behavioral health and outpatient rehab are both passions of mine. As an avid bike racer, the injuries come often. I've needed plenty of physical therapy over the years and Levi has one of the best programs in town. Over the years, I've seen depression, anxiety, and other disorders consume friends and loved ones. Some of them are no longer here. These disorders affect people's families, jobs, and quality of life. The stigma and access to behavioral health services in our communities must be improved. Levi is here for you, so don't be afraid to ask for help for you or your loved ones," Jeffers said.
Levi Hospital offers an inpatient psychiatric unit, outpatient behavioral health and physical therapy. Located at 300 Prospect Ave., with a satellite physical therapy clinic at 147 Section Line Road, Levi has been serving this community since 1914.
