Garland County Habitat for Humanity ReStore recently announced the promotion of Billy Witham to the position of Downtown ReStore manager.
Witham, who has worked at the Downtown ReStore for over five years, "enjoys working for an organization that helps people in the community," a news release said. He will oversee the day-to-day activities of the Downtown ReStore, which is located at 515 W. Grand Ave.
Witham started his career with Habitat for Humanity ReStore as a merchandiser and has held several positions since including truck driver, lead receiving and assistant manager.
Witham said his favorite part of the job is "seeing the amazing donations and knowing that customers are happy with their purchase."
"We are excited to have Billy join our management team. His knowledge of the ReStores and outstanding customer service skills will continue to grow Habitat's mission," Ben Baker, ReStore director, said in the release.
Witham and his wife, Teresea, live in Hot Springs.
