Vance Bradham Blanchard, 76, of Hot Springs, Ark., passed away Monday, March 27, 2023.
He was born Feb. 21, 1947, in El Dorado, Ark., to the late C.V. and Joy (Bradham) Blanchard.
Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Vance and Kati Blanchard; and granddaughter, Katherine Davis Blanchard.
In his own words, "Do whatever it is that makes your inconvenience least apparent, and to just act unilaterally."
The family will have a private service at a later date.
