Ella "Susie" Garcia, 68, of Hot Springs, Ark., passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2023.
Memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, May 25, 2023, at First Lutheran Church, with Pastor Johnathan Beyer officiating.
