Jackson House for Crisis Intervention Services presented an award to Hot Springs Elks Lodge 380 in recognition of the support and community service provided by the Elks through grants over the past three years.

Jackson House provides short-term emergency assistance, without regard to race, creed, gender or nationality, in the Hot Springs area, an Elks news release said.

"The Elks' motto is 'Elks Care, Elks Share,' and carry this out through community service, including financial grants provided through the Elks National Foundation," the release said.
