Barbara Jean (Wood) Donn went to be with our loved ones on Tuesday, May 9, 2023.
She was born on Nov. 11, 1951, in Hot Springs, to the late Kenneth and Elsie Wood. She is predeceased by her two daughters, Sylvia Lane and Tammy Lane; and two grandchildren, Angela Lane and Jude C. Ryles.
Barbara was a loving mother to James A. Lane Sr., Susan Lane, Angel and Ron Cooper. She loved all her grandchildren, James A. Lane Jr., Chloe Lane, Anna Michaela Green, Briana Phillips, Tobias M. Isaac Green, Cynthia Bibb, Kelley Ryles, Sarah Bibb, Rosie Lewis, James R. Lane, Shane Emley and Johnny Wayne. She loved all of her great-grandchildren as well, Noah Phillips, Isadora Green, Lillian, Emily, Isaiah and Kylie Valdosvinos, Nevaeh Ryles, Jaylen, Colby, Adrien, Gavin and Bella.
Barbara left behind many family and friends that love and miss her dearly. She had a heart of gold.
She was known for her love of her family, as well as her love for the great outdoors. She enjoyed fishing, gardening, flower beds and all of nature. Barbara was a very strong and hard-working woman. She will always be in our hearts.

Memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 27, 2023, in the Smith Family Funeral Home chapel, Hot Springs.
