The spokeswoman for Americans for Prosperity, Pam Hooper, spoke at the Garland County Republican Women May meeting.
Hooper described their vision regarding education and tax policy in Arkansas -- the purpose being to promote the American dream to its full potential.
The club also hosted Trey Lindsey, school board candidate for Lakeside School District.
