Oaklawn United Methodist Church will host a Car and Truck on Saturday, June 3, in the church parking lot at the corner of Higdon Ferry Road and Woodlawn Avenue.
Vehicle registration will be on site from 9 a.m. to noon, followed by judging, in which vehicles will compete in 16 classifications. The awards ceremony is scheduled for 2 p.m. Door prizes will also be awarded to participants. Proceeds from the car show will benefit the church's Family Life Center.
There will be barbecue, snow cones, and baked goods available to purchase. There is no admission for viewing and the public is welcome. Call Sonny Hines, Car Show chairman, at 501-623-3771, for information.
