Elks Lodge 380 presented Certificates of Honor to the Forest Lakes POA and to AIT Wealth Management for "proudly displaying the American flag with appropriate care, following proper protocols," a news release said.
"The Elks promote patriotism with a Flag Day Ceremony annually, a patriotic essay contest for students annually, providing a collection site at the Lodge for flags ready to be retired, recognition of businesses and organizations who display the flag, and new members are each given an American flag at the completion of the initiation ceremony," it said.
