Elks Lodge 380 served a complimentary spaghetti dinner to area veterans on Veterans Day.
Over 100 veterans and their guests enjoyed the meal, which the Elks traditionally serve as part of their mission, "So long as there are Veterans, the Elks will never forget them," a news release said.
The Elks also host veterans at boat rides on Lake Hamilton, followed by lunch at the lodge, during summer months; have an "Adopt-a-Vet" program; deliver donated goods to the St. Francis House for veterans; assist veterans to make contacts as needed to obtain services; and visit veterans at local nursing facilities and retirement centers.
Visit http://www.Elks.org or call the lodge at 501-525-1020 for more information.
