Rural Community Alliance is a statewide nonprofit organization whose purpose is to help rural schools and communities survive and thrive. The organization has chapters in 65 small rural communities throughout the state. The Electric Cooperatives of Arkansas provides electricity to 490,000 people to power their homes, businesses and farms.
