Hot Springs Police Department K-9 Officer Chad Ford, right, and his bomb sniffing canine partner, Ork, prepare to enter City Hall Monday morning. The city said police were called after unsolicited packages were brought to the city manager's office by individuals "who appeared to be out of place and suspicious in nature." The packages were cleared by police and determined not to be harmful.
