One of a Kind Antiques, Uniques & Obsoletes, 372 E. Glazypeau Road, Hot Springs Village, will hold a large parking lot sale April 27 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
"Anyone can set up to sell their items on this day only at no charge. Space will be first-come, first-served basis," a news release said.
Many vendors are also located inside the store, some with special discounts, and Trish Phillips will be selling her "famous Reuben sandwiches."
