Cutter Morning Star Schools recently unveiled its newly finished Outdoor Reading Center. The center is situated between the elementary and multipurpose buildings and was constructed using a $5,000 grant from Lowe's Home Improvement. The effort was lead by Cutter Morning Star Elementary School Library Media Specialist Heather Hughes, with contributions from It's His Turf and other community members.
