Phillips to address Republican Women
The Garland County Republican Women will meet at 1 p.m. Monday at the Garland County Library.
The speaker will be Joyce Phillips, a member of the Pulaski County Republican Women. In recognition of February as Black History Month, she will speak on Black History in the Republican Party of Arkansas.

Special workshop offered on iPhones
John "Happy Clicking" McFerrin will hold a workshop demonstrating how to better use an iPhone's standard apps and how to download popular apps from Apple's App Store from 1-3 p.m. Tuesday at CHI St. Vincent's Tech Learning Center, 1662 Higdon Ferry Road, Room 120.
