Miss Gateway to the Ozarks Whitney Williams, right, won the Preliminary Artistic Expression in Talent Award and Miss Arkansas State University Ellie Stafford, left, won for the Social Impact in Evening Wear Preliminary Award on Thursday during the 82nd Annual Miss Arkansas Competition at Robinson Center in Little Rock. Williams received a $2,000 scholarship and Stafford will receive a $1,500 scholarship. Williams performed a baton twirling routine to "Conga."
