Miss Apple Blossom Darynne Dahlem won the title of Miss Arkansas 2019 Saturday night at the 82nd Miss Arkansas Scholarship Pageant at the Robinson Center in Little Rock. Fourth runner-up, receiving a $5,000 scholarship sponsored by Don and Robin Houseworth, was Miss Greater Hot Springs Gracie Stover, who also received the $1,000 Legacy Overall Dance Award, in honor of Kathy Wheatley, provided by Erin Wheatley, and the $1,000 Miss America Community Service Award, provided by the Miss America Foundation.

Submitted photo TEEN WINNER: Miss White River's Outstanding Teen Sarah Cate Lay was crowned Miss Arkansas Outstanding Teen 2019 Friday night at Robinson Center in Little Rock. Greater Hot Springs Outstanding Teen Makayla Shipe was among the Top Fifteen Semi-Finalists, who each received a $200 scholarship. Shipe also received a $100 Newcomer Award, and the $600 Overall Vocalist Award, given by Mary Beth Byrd and the Miss Arkansas Scholarship Foundation.
