Cutter Morning Star School Superintendent Nancy Anderson, right, recognized Jennifer Coats, Cutter Morning Star High School counselor, at the school board meeting on Feb. 25 for being named Southwestern Regional High School Counselor of the Year by the Arkansas School Counselor Association. Coats was nominated by Cutter Morning Star Elementary Counselor Hannah Gorman and voted on by her regional peers. Coats will be competing against other regional winners for Arkansas High School Counselor of the Year.
