National Park Service Ranger Zach Summerlin places a wreath Thursday during the Fallen Officer Memorial Service at the Garland County Sheriff's Department. Local law enforcement departments, fire departments and LifeNet personnel gathered for the annual service, which honors officers who have died in the line of duty.
