Adult language

Dear editor:

Using the age of 21 as an adult, I have been an adult for 73 years. I have never used "adult language."

Youth, anxious to become adults, could very well think such language helps that effort. Should not the term "adult language" be called something else? I think so, but perhaps too late for that.

Could be that what I am saying is just the ramblings of an old man, but I fondly remember my youth, and the mostly absence of "adult language."

Shallow politics

Dear editor:

The politics of the Democrats today are very shallow. I sure do hope that a majority of the American people honestly see this for what it is: a fake impeachment witch hunt intended to mislead them.

It all began before the election of 2016 as a vehicle to stop the Trump Train. After the election, with Trump properly elected, it became a "coup" for the sole purpose of stopping his progress to drain the swamp and to stimulate the American economy. Now, it is a full-blown "coup" to unseat a sitting president and to keep him from being reelected in just 12 short months.

It is so sad that our great country has allowed this to happen. This is what "third world countries" and "Banana Republics" do. Not good. Our founding fathers are turning in their graves on a rotisserie that is reaching Mach One as it spins.
