Kelly A. Shell reported a break-in to a vehicle at 203 Fifth St. Missing were a brown platform chair, white rocking chair and desk.

Randel Grady Joe Fair reported a burglary at 219 Civic St., Apt. 111. Missing were assorted tools.

David A. Peterson reported a theft of a brown 2006 Ford Explorer, a wallet, money and ID at 200 S. Border St.
