A Hot Springs man who allegedly broke into a motor home and two vehicles last week who was later identified through social media posts was arrested Monday on multiple felony charges.

Toben Worthy Aguilar, 43, who lists a Tradewind Place address, was taken into custody shortly before noon and charged with three felony counts of breaking or entering, punishable by up to six years in prison, and a misdemeanor count of theft of property, punishable by up to one year in jail.

Aguilar, who lists no prior criminal history, was later released on bonds totaling $8,500 and is set to appear May 18 in Garland County District Court.

According to the probable cause affidavit, on April 6, a local man, 74, reported that around 9:30 a.m. while he was at his residence on Shady Heights Road he was awakened by a loud bang. He later reviewed his security cameras and saw a man on a bicycle breaking into his motor home and stealing some tarps valued at $50.

The next day, Garland County sheriff's Cpl. Jon Lane reviewed all the footage from the cameras and noted that in addition to breaking into the motor home, the man broke into two vehicles on the property, a Cadillac DeVille and a Ford F-150 pickup truck. He could be seen going through toolboxes on the back of the truck and removing unknown items.

The man could also be seen walking around the property, trying to open doors and windows to the residence, before entering the motor home or the vehicles.

Lane posted photos of the man on the sheriff's department's website and social media sites and received numerous tips from the public identifying the man as Aguilar, including two tips from employers of Aguilar.

A warrant was later issued for his arrest.
