Pat Tubbs, 75, of Hot Springs, passed away on Friday, Aug. 7, 2020. She was born on June 29, 1945, to the late Floyd and Lena Cockrell, in Hot Springs. Pat was of the Baptist faith. She was always doing crafts from upholstery, wallpaper, and lots of crocheting. Her passion was her family. She lived her life for babysitting her grandchildren and her great-granddaughter.
She was predeceased by her parents; and siblings, Georgia Farr, Jessie Davis, Doyle Cockrell, Eugene Cockrell, O.D. Cockrell, Jerry Cockrell, Donald Cockrell and Carolyn Cockrell.
Survivors include her loving husband, Leonard Tubbs; one son, Steve (Kathy) Tubbs, one daughter, Debbie (Joe) Thomas; two sisters, Amanda June Moore and Linda Sue Outler, all of Hot Springs; five grandchildren, Brandon Tubbs, Justin Tubbs, Jessica Thomas, Julio Garcia and Tyler Thomas; great-granddaughter, Gracie Thomas; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Tuesday at Hot Springs Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Hot Springs Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Justy Smith officiating.
Burial will be in Hollywood Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Tubbs, Justin Tubbs, Mike Cockrell, Julio Garcia, Tyler Thomas and Kevin Moore.
Honorary pallbearers are the nursing staff at DeVita Dialysis Home Department, Apollo Jeronimo, Juan Jeronimo, Charlotte Gist, Wanda Sharpe, Dr. Michael S. Gersh, M.D., and Johnnie Sue Hughes.
