HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE -- The Libertarian Club of Hot Springs Village will host Morgan Reynolds, retired professor emeritus in Economics at Texas A&M, on Saturday.
Reynolds' topic will be "On Secession." The meeting will be held at 3 p.m. at Home Plate Cafe, 5110 Highway 7 north, a half mile north of the Village's West Gate.
"You don't need to be a member of the club or a Village resident to attend. There is no charge, and cobbler and coffee will be available. All are welcome," a news release said. "Libertarians support civil liberties, free markets and a noninterventionist foreign policy."
