Two fire departments respond to house fire

February 20, 2020 at 4:00 a.m.

A firefighter uses a chain saw to cut into a residence at 2559 Spring St. on Wednesday. Cutter Morning Star Fire Department Capt. Joey Thompson said 10 firefighters from his department and three from Lake Hamilton Fire Department responded to the fire at 5:05 p.m. Thompson said that nobody was inside the building when it caught fire and that there were no injuries.
