Dorothy Heth Vaught, 80, of Hot Springs, passed away Feb. 7, 2020.
She was born July 7, 1939, to Carter Edward and Jewel Louise (Withrow) Heth. She loved camping and hunting, but especially family gatherings. Dorothy was a great cook, but her gravy was a family favorite. Her passion was sewing and crafting with her granddaughter, Laura. She loved playing poker, Yahtzee and SkipBo with anyone who would play.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Cecil Vaught; several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include daughters, Debra Stewart, of Hot Springs, Greta Smithers, of Hot Springs, Barbara Henderson (Steve), of Mississippi, Cecilia Elaine Hobbs (Gary), of Texas, and Tracy Greenwald of New Jersey; brothers, Mike Heth (Beverly), Jerry Heth, Gary Joe, all of Texas; sister, Louise Brooks (Larry), of Georgia; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, Aug 1, 2020, at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home.
