This month's Floor Store Employee Spotlight is Jennifer Robertson, 37, who started work on Sept. 19.
Robertson, sales rep/website and social media marketing, has deep roots in Hot Springs, having lived here her entire life. All her family lives in Hot Springs, as well.
Robertson's favorite thing about working at The Floor Store is "everybody that I work with and how they support each other."
Her favorite hobbies include hiking, shopping (supporting local businesses), and watching kids' movies with her children on Netflix. Robertson has three children, ages 17, 8, and 2.
"Never give up on your goals," Robertson says. "The past does not define you."
Her co-workers say Robertson has a "positive, upbeat attitude and fun to be around."
"Her outgoing personality, the way she interacts with customers, her drive to learn this business and ask a lot of questions. Which is always a really good sign. Extremely smart too," said Delta Queen.
