The thermal water jug fountain at the Libbey Memorial Physical Medicine Center, 500 Reserve St., will close temporarily beginning April 19, according to a news release from Hot Springs National Park.

Park staff and contractors are beginning a project to replace the roof on the Libbey and workers will need to close the area around it for safety. The fountain is expected to be closed for about two months, or until the work is complete.

Thermal water will still be available at the fountains at Central and Reserve and in Hill Wheatley Plaza. Cold water springs are also available at Happy Hollow and on Whittington Avenue.
