Dillards, 4501 Central Ave., reported a theft of a Polo hat.
Lisa Beauford reported a theft of a debit card at 3910 Central Ave.
Richard A. Rush reported a break-in at 810 Rector St. Missing were a toolbox, miscellaneous tools and two blue bicycles.
