The 3800 block of Central Avenue near Cornerstone Market Place was blocked Thursday afternoon as emergency personnel worked to clear the scene of a two-vehicle collision.
Hot Springs police Officer 1st Class Shawn Lowrey said a 2003 Honda Civic pulled out of Cornerstone attempting to turn south on Central when it collided with a southbound 2020 Ford Explorer, which flipped on its roof at 3836 Central Ave. as a result of the impact.
No one was injured. The driver of the Civic was charged with disobeying a red light.
