Young Men of Distinction helped place American flags into the ground next to veterans' graves at Greenwood Cemetery on Saturday in preparation for Memorial Day.
The VFW 2278 Auxiliary leads the annual effort to place the flags on veterans' graves.
The community's annual Memorial Day commemoration is set to begin at 11 a.m. today at the Garland County Veterans Memorial and Military Park, 118 Orange St.
In the event of rain, it will be relocated to Crystal Ridge Distillery, 455 Broadway St.
