Mark Allen Buckingham, age 60, of Hot Springs, died Thursday, April 28, 2022, at his home. His death came suddenly and unexpectedly.
Known by his friends as "Buck," he was born on Sept. 25, 1961, in Forrest City, the son of George Richard Buckingham and Patricia Halpin Graves.
Mark was an avid hunter and outdoorsman.
Mark is survived by one brother, Steven Buckingham and wife, Beverly; three sisters, Mary Lynn Buckingham Montgomery and Paula Buckingham Waymire, both of Bentonville, and Maureen McCollum and husband, Rick, of Forrest City. He is also survived by six nephews, Aaron Meredith, Mark Meredith, Kory Montgomery, Sean Waymire, Patric Waymire and Derick McCollum, and a niece, Katie Montgomery.
He was preceded in death by a niece, Cara McCollum.
A private family burial will take place at a later date at Mount Vernon Cemetery in Forrest City.
