Marvin Alan Hoover, 91, of Hot Springs, Ark., passed away Jan. 26, 2023.
A celebration of Marvin's life will be 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3, at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home, with Brother Larry Burton officiating.
