Stella Mae Fries, 68, of Hot Springs, gained her angel wings on March 23, 2023.
She was born on Sept. 15, 1954, in Louisville, Ky.
She was the mother of two sons, Kelly Ragan, predeceased by Travis Spencer; two daughters, Cathryn Spencer and Marquita Conterez; and many grandchildren.
Celebration of life will be 11 a.m. April 1, 2023, at Desoto Park.
