GLENWOOD -- Margaryet Leona Keenom, 79, of Glenwood, previously of Mountain Pine, Ark., passed away March 14, 2024.
She was born March 28, 1944, in Mountain Pine, Ark., to Omer and Flora Starr.
Margaryet retired from St. Joseph's Hospital after many years of service and was a faithful member of Mountain Pine First Assembly of God.
Margaryet was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, Ted Keenom; brother, Tommy Starr; sisters, Willa Milligrock and Virginia Starr; great-grandson, Evan Atkins.
Survivors include her sons, Rick (Lori) Keenom, Leonard (Gwen) Keenom; grandchildren, Megan (Dakota) Hayes, Tyler Keenom, Zack Keenom, Jared (Shan) Keenom; and great-grandchildren, Cassie Atkins, Jaylynn Hayes, Blakely Hayes and Eric Keenom.
Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Monday at Scott Cemetery, with Jared Keenom and Pastor Tony Hill officiating. Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Dougan's Oak Park Assisted Living and Nightingale Nursing Home and Rehab, Hospice Home Care, CHI St. Vincent 2 West, and Arkansas Hospice.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Dougan's Oak Park Assisted Living for activity funds, 507 Mountain View Road, Glenwood AR 71943.
