Victoria Vivian Riggs, 95, of Hot Springs, Ark., passed away March 17, 2024.
She was born Nov. 14, 1928, in Chicago, Ill., to Vincent and Catherine Hoinacki. Vicky was a loving, caring person who was a dedicated employee at Harvey Engineering for several decades. She was a faithful member of Piney Grove Church.
Vicky was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Marion "Curly" Riggs.
Survivors include her daughter, Lynn Strong (Willie); son, Terry Riggs; grandchildren, Drake (Heidi) and Dereck; and great-granddaughter, Sienna.
A graveside service will begin at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Memorial Gardens Cemetery, with Pastor Scott Gallimore officiating.
