BISMARCK -- Howard Theodore Rowton, 87, of Bismarck, Ark., passed away on March 17, 2024.
Visitation will be at 9 a.m. Friday, March 22, at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home, with a celebration of life to follow at 10 a.m.; burial to follow at Hickory Grove Cemetery in Bismark, Ark.
