William A. Nardi II

William Anthony Nardi II was born March 16, 1942, to William and Anne Peritore Nardi in Cleveland, Ohio. The family moved to Los Angeles in 1951, where Bill attended Van Nuys High School and set a track record for the 880 that lasted for years. He attended USC on a track scholarship and graduated with a BA in English and MBA. At Northrop (now Northrop Grumman) in Hawthorne, he worked in contracts on many secret projects until his retirement in 2002, when he moved to Hot Springs, Ark. He and his late wife, Judy, moved into their home on Marion Anderson Road, where he continued to do accounting and taxes for private clients until his death on March 1, 2024, just two weeks short of his 82 birthday.

Bill enjoyed the community of his Crossgate Church and, after moving to West Shores Senior Living, he particularly enjoyed speaking at the Sunday services. He loved football and remained a big fan of the USC Trojans.

He is survived by a daughter, Lisa Poor (David), son, Dario Nardi, son, Christopher Nardi and sister, Nadine Nardi Davidson (Harold).

Bill will always be remembered as an outstanding athlete, hard worker and a charming and deeply spiritual person. Donations in his memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
