One injured

Glen Kight, 54, was transported by LifeNet to National Park Medical Center early Thursday after his Nissan Frontier went off the roadway in the 2900 block of Spring Street around 7:45 a.m. and overturned in a ditch. Garland County sheriff's Lt. James "Corky" Martin said Kight exhibited signs of intoxication, but refused all paperwork and refused to submit to blood alcohol testing. Martin said Kight was arrested for DWI second offense, refusal to submit to chemical testing, and careless and prohibited driving. Morning Star Fire Department personnel assisted at the accident.
