People from different states competed at Boondocks tourney

Boondocks Pool Hall recently hosted Billiards Battle 9, a three-day tournament sponsored by North American Poolshooters Association and Delta 13.

From throughout Arkansas and surrounding states, 85 contestants competed for cash and prizes.

Robert Wilson, of Little Rock, won first place, John Starky, of Conway, placed second and Chris Davidson, of Arkadelphia, placed third.

Some of the best players in the country competed in this double elimination tournament.

Boondocks Pool Hall is the host location for NAPA.

Rockie Farris and Sarah Weaver are the league operators for the Hot Springs area.
