On behalf of the Single Parent Scholarship Foundation of Garland County, we wish to thank all involved in the success of our annual style show luncheon hosted at the beautiful Forest Lakes Clubhouse on April 16.
This special afternoon began with perfect piano accompaniment by Allan Mesko while attendees shopped silent auction items provided by local patrons. Luncheon tables were decorated with Reiger begonias from Shults Nursery that added a special spring time touch. A delicious lunch, catered by Special Touch Catering, was enjoyed, along with wine provided by Wine Rack and Spirits. The amazing Kerry Lockwood Owen emceed the event and announced the spring fashions for all ages that were presented by models from Ciao Bella, Chantilly, Pink Avenue, Snazzies and Grow boutiques.
None of this would have been possible without the generosity of our donors and sponsors. We thank all who gave of their time, talent and treasure to support local single parents as they strive to provide for their families and secure their futures.
