"Harps Food Stores has shown extraordinary citizenship since opening in Hot Springs. The catfish Harps provided to our annual fry fish supports CASA and Ouachita Children's Center. They have also assisted us with Hot Springs School District's Backpack Kids." said Kahn in the release. CASA is a organization that trains community volunteers to serve as advocates for the community's abused, abandoned and neglected children. OCC provides services for abused, neglected and troubled youths that empowers them to achieve success in their home, community, school and vocation. The backpack program supplies food and toiletries for the weekend for indigent children.
